This is the power steering pump belt tensioner bracket for ALL 3.4L 5VZ-FE V6 engine. Comes with adjustment bolt and the two mounting nuts. The second one is stack on top of the other one in the photos, but actually is for the stud one mount hole of this bracket fits over. I have more then one of these. Some are cleaner then others.
