This set of 4 pistons and liners came off my 1978 Alfa Spider with 48k miles.Liner ID wear is polished. In the last pic you can see the faint remains of the cross hatching in the piston travel area. No scratches or gouges that I could see. I cannot feel a step at the top or bottom of piston travel in the liners. I have always used Mobil 1 15w-50 synthetic oil.
