You are buying a used 70/71 Sportomatic transmission of the type 905/20. These were also used on some 69 cars, even this one has early 70 date-stamps as shown in one of the photos. The transmission appears to be in excellent shape and was traded in for a 5-speed manual conversion during a restoration project. It looks like it had already been prepared for installation. The 905/20 is correct for 70 and 71 911s and will also fit other years.It is very desirable with C, I, Q, X four speed gear sets...
