A used Shock Absorber that I got at an auction of vintage car parts. The body is stamped "Made in Dayton USA" and the end cap is stamped "1751U." These are markings and the type of part no. used on old Delco made shocks. Delco part no. 1751U is a shock absorber for use on the right (passenger) side rear wheels on all 1939 Oldsmobile car models. I can move the arm easily by hand.
