Here is a VINTAGE 1930 1931 BUICK COWL LIGHT TRIM RING BEZEL. The main flaw is the original finish is worn off here and there throughout and there is one hairline crack as pointed to in the photo's. There are no dings or dents and the crack is tight and not at risk or breaking unless you were to apply considerable pressure.
