A vintage Mercedes-Benz spare bulb holder. I have seen some other similar items produced by a company called Osram this is the same design but I can find no manufacturer insignia. Please look at the photos. There are no cracks in the plastic. The surface has use scratches and scuff marks. It has been stored inside for as long as I remember.
