This radio is untested, so being sold for parts as-is or refurbish. Both knobs move smoothly as they should and the tuner knob changes the station as it should. The preset buttons are not stuck. Knobs are in excellent condition, chrome has a nice shine, black vinyl is nice and vibrant.
