This is a 1969 Cadillac RH / PS Front Kick Panel. This was removed from a 1969 Calais that did NOT have the automatic climate control, instead it has the manual knobs / cables used to manually pull open the fresh air door in the kick panel. This should fit all 1969 / 1970 RWD models equipped like this, but please verify it is correct for your application before purchasing. This is in good condition overall. The color is Blue.
