The left side inner wing radiator cowl of the MK1/2/3 pre 1975 Mini should have a metal cowling to focus the air from the radiator to the wheel well. The almost square cowling is spot welded to the inner wing and has the tabs on it that hold the rubber seal surround around the radiator. If you are restoring your car properly you will need to have this in your Mini.
