This is that factory cover which went over the Bosch distributor on the V6 Alfa Romeo cars. I know for sure it came on the GTV6 from 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985 and 1986. There is a good chance this was carried over to the 1986 1987 1988 and maybe 1989 Milano or 75 production for the protection against water, dust, snow, gremlins, or stray Voltrons from effecting performance.
