It does light up & blink but may need some work unless you apply some light pressure on the battery ground cap, maybe the ground wire needs to be a little longer. The wreath has light cardboard material for boughs and one Christmas bulb is broken. The suction cup is still pliable and the box will have some wear. The wreath measures around 4 1/4 inches in diameter and there is no battery that comes with this auction....
