This is a new old stock vintage Fulton Custom Frame Hitch number 120. This fits 1954 Plymouth and 1954 Dodge with 114" wheelbase and is in excellent condition with instruction sheet. This is missing the heavy L shaped bracket that I am pointing to in the last photo from the instruction sheet otherwise it is complete. Neat old accessory for that vintage car....
