Selling a vintage 16" flipper style wheel cover. This is a very hard to find cap in this size as most were 15s, but unfortunately only have the one. I am not sure of the brand, doesn't appear to be Namsco judging by the lip design. This is originally chrome but has been painted over a long time ago. I can tell there is some rust in the chrome under the paint. There is a spot on one half of the face that has some dents, along with one spot on the lip.
