This is a Toyota PTO that I got with a bunch of random junk from a closed wrecking yard, I don't know a lot about Toyota stuff, but there was a couple of mid 70s Land Cruisers there so I believe this was for one of them.I don't see any broken areas or cracks, but it was in storage for years so it will likely need a rebuild (cleaning new bearings and seals)It does turn and shift, but its a bit gummy.
