Missing The Mounting Brackets, Pair Of Chrome Headlight Fender Guides

Details:

No Mounting Brackets plus No Box on this pair of Chrome Headlight / Fender Guides and one is missing the end cap which is shown in the last picture. Both of them are starting to get some bubbling on the top portion plus some minor specks of chrome loss and I found some pictures online which shows what the mounting bracket should look like plus the mounting instructions. The darker spots on the chrome is just background reflection....
