This is a Used Original RUBBER RETAINER STRAP for Tool Pouch of Alfa Romeo DUETTO / SPIDER models. On square tail Spiders it mounts at back panel of trunk and on Duetto at left side behind fuel filler . It is soft and flexible and nice as pictured. A little surface rust on metal clasps. Not sure it can stretch enough to hold the tool bags, but it is an esoteric part for a correct restoration. Look closely at photos for details.
