Came of a 2010 F250 Super Duty V10 6.8L Gas Engine 4x4 with 120k miles. Excellent shape transmission gave out is why vehicle was parted out. DRIVER LEFT CYLINDER HEAD. NOT SURE IF CAM IS GOOD ETC. USE AS CORE OR REBUILD. IT MIGHT RUN BUT I WONT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF IT DOESN'T. HINTS THE LOW PRICE!!!
