This listing includes 20 Door Weatherstrip Retainers (as pictured). These secure the exterior door (either passenger and driver's) weatherstripping to the sheet metal (door). Use a pair of needle nose pliers to slide the retainers into one side of the retainer hole, then pull the retainer clip back so it is completely under the rubber weatherstrip at both ends...very easy install!
