Details:

This is a dealer give away to remind Chevrolet customers to get an oil change. I think it was given away in the late 1920s thru 1940s. It has the clamp and screw. These are usually missing. It is very clean. There is slight yellowing in the plastic lens from age. There is light surface rust on the clamp and screw. I think only the dealers had the key to change the numbers.
