Comes with everything shown. Most of the tools look new or gently used. Some of the tools have small rust spots clearly shown in the pictures. The kit is missing the wheel installation tool that holds the wheel in place while you put the wheel studs on. The cloth pouch is pretty beat up. The pouch has some brittleness around the edges.
