There is no rust or damage on these skirts and the rubber that fits along the edge is soft and pliable - the rubbers show some wear but are still very usable. I included 4 new mounting clips that usually cost about $20 with shipping. Most used fender skirts do not include these necessary pieces and must be purchased separately.
