You are purchasing one headlight bucket assembly as pictured in the first three pictures. The last two pictures are for reference only. The box does not have any numbers on it, nor does the assembly. A visual comparison between an original 1955 DeSoto assembly and the NOS one looks to be exact with the exception of the wiring pigtail, which could be changed or modified for your application.
