1953 Cadillac / Eldorado Front License Plate Bracket Mount Used Orig 53 ?

1953 Cadillac ? Front (?) License Plate Bracket License plate bracket / mount, acquired with a collection of early '50s Cadillac parts that was mostly '53 (and included some '53 Eldorado parts). I'm fairly sure this is a '53 front license mount, but I've been unable to find any photos of one online to confirm, so please confirm the ID with the photos and the tape measure in them, and request more photos / measurements if needed. The piece is free of any rust-out, but does have a number of bends....
