This is a pair of original plies which were stamped "West Germany." They were used in Mercedes Benz and BMW factory tool kits. These are a heavy duty pair of pliers with side cutters for cutting wire, etc. The outside face of both handle grips have a knurled design shown in the last photo. They have a black oxide finish.
