This is an NOS 12V spotlight bulb in the factory box. This bulb was used in spotlights from the 1950's and later sold by Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, GM, MoPar and other vehicle car and truck manufacturers who sold spotlights as well as Unity spotlights.
