Starter pedal from I believe a 1933 Dodge but may fit others of the same era. THIS HAS BEEN WELDED. Looks like it was possibly broken and welded back together at the one curve. Also the small linkage piece is welded together but that can be unbolted. Please look closely at pictures for condition before purchase.
