Good original used condition radio control head by Harold Bell. Nice all around, and the dial does work when turned with knob, but as I was tested the string that turns the pulley snapped. That's the only thing needed for it to be functional: a piece of string or a rubber band! Can be dash-mounted, or steering column mounted if you use a piece of angle iron and a pipe strap.
