Listed are three original early mid 1930s locking spare tire caps. One original GM key fits in but it is too stiff to turn. I don’t want to brake it so it looks like it needs a lot of cleaning and graphite. The one with the key has dents in the cap but the cover with the bow tie is present with the rivet.
