1930s 1940s Town & Country Trumpet Horns Tri-tone Triple Note Musical Control

My grandfather told me these were tri-tone town and country horns, an accessory under your hood, and wired to the steering column mounted control with a button to play each individual horn. Supposedly pressing the buttons in the right order would play "The Campbells Are Coming" Da-Tat Da-DA!! "The Campbells are coming ♫ Da-Tat Da-DA!! ♫ The Campbells are coming ♫ Da-Tat Da-DA!! ♫" However, I cannot put these horns on power to test them.
