Please let the pictures be your guide. Notice the one nick as shown in the pictures at about 10 o'clock. There is another much smaller nick at about 1 o'clock. Chrome is VERY NICE, except where there was at one time a horn ring as shown. There is virtually no pitting, only light surface scratches from use, not abuse. 14 1/4" across at maximum measurement. 13 1/2" on center and 12 1/2" inside to inside...not sure which measurement to use.
