This is a used Triumph TR4, TR4A, TR250, or TR6 defroster, or demister, vent outlet. Moss shows it as their Part Number 635-420 (for reference only, NOT Moss). Still has original paint on it in places. Should clean up nice with some sanding and painting. I ran a die down both studs without issue. Does have a bit of a bend at one end.
