You are buying a very trick custom Porsche transmission for a 65-68 SWB (Short Wheel Base) 911, 912, 911S or 912-6. It was put together from all magnesium lightweight housing components from 1970/71 911 gearboxes and 914-4 and 914-6 gearboxes. It has excellent gearing.The main housing and intermediate housings are from a 914 - lightest magnesium housing without the push-clutch casting that the 1970 and 1971 Porsche type 911 magnesium housings had.
