Here we have a fully reconditioned spitfire 1500 4 speed, single rail gearbox wit the J type overdrive. This fits the spitfire 1500 cars from 1975 to 1980. It does not fit the MK1.2.3.4 cars prior to 975 - or the GT6 cars. This transmission - and the overdrive unit - was completely disassembled, cleaned and inspected.
