This is a Custom T5 adapter that many guys (including myself) have used to put a T5 behind their flatheads. This will mount a 1984-99 Ford T5 transmission or a 1993-99 GM T5 transmission to a 1932-51 Ford V8 Flathead when used with the 48-52 F series truck Hogshead bellhousing and front bearing retainer.
