Here is an Otwell heater manifold for a Model A. It has rust and pitting. I don't see any cracks or major damage. The 2 bolts that attach the intake manifold are both broken off which is pretty common. The manifold will need to be surfaced as there is some pitting in the flange and it is not flat. The big positive of this manifold is that is has no sag in the rear port like most of them do. These are a really neat and rarely seen manifold. See the pictures...
