New old stock GM part# 4301371 LH strap and 4301365 LH Box hinge. The RH side is probably used, very hard to tell. We do not think GM ever sold the 'strap' and 'hinge' together, but those RH pieces in primer do not show any signs of heavy use - the pin is not loose, the bolt holes look great and the box hinge does not look stressed either. See photos. This listing includes NOS LH strap, NOS LH box hinge and the RH combined set in primer. Very hard to find new old stock. No warranty and no return...
