1941 Dodge Trunk Light/license Light

As far as I can tell this is the trunk mounted 3rd light/license plate light for a 1941 Dodge. Problem is I've seen them with the lower cylinder/key lock built right into the lower lamp body, this one has no key lock mount, just a smooth bottom side (see 4th and 5th photos above). The bottom side has nice smooth chrome plating, the top side around the license lamp is pitted (see 6th photo above). I have totally disassembled the lamp, cleaned and somewhat polished, reassembled & sealed- - -ready ...
