1937 Oldsmobile "OPCO" License lamp housing with plate bracket These have a wonderful art deco look As it is 86 years old old, you bet it has some issues - paint loss, patina, hazing and likely other minor issues as well Without a doubt it would need new wiring - I did not disassemble, but I am sure the bulbs (if there are any) are bad and the bulb holders may need to be replaced as well.
