Refurbished Audi 4.2 V8 Intake Manifold from a 2008 Audi S4 (VIN: WAUGL78E58A035313) that I didn't end up using for an engine swap. The manifold was opened up to fix the common stuck flapper issue. The flapper shaft and guide have been cleaned up to allow the actuator to operate correctly. The two mounting tabs for the actuator were broken off when I bought the engine but I was able to use high-temp epoxy to adhere them back on.
