This is a 1977 to 1979 instrument cluster for a Ford pinto or Mercury bobcat. It is a used cluster that came out of a junkyard so whether it works properly or not, I do not know , however I provide money back guarantee if it doesn't. Now there appears to be a crack in the blue computer plastic on the back and on the side in the back is a crack.
