This is a very old Stewart Warner 4,500 RPM tachometer with integral vacuum gauge. I believe this is referrend to as a Tach/Vac gauge by Stewart Warner. Most of these were electric drive and required a special sender that mounted between the distributor and cap. The electric models are expensive/difficult to get working due to this fact.
