This is a real deal Rotunda 8,000 RPM tachometer from the 1960's. This style tach is known for being used in the infamous 1964 Ford Thunderbolt and others. The date printed on the back of this tach is July 1963 which is great for a 64 Thunderbolt. This tachometer is designed to work with V8 engines and has a simply hook up of one wire to the positive side of the ignition switch and the other to the positive side of the coil.
