Here is a Vintage Speedometer that I believe to be 1929 1930 Buick but please verify your specific application and ask questions before bidding. It appears to be in good used condition. The MPH shows movement when handling the unit and the speedo drive shaft is not seized. The Outer trim bezel has some contact marks and surface scratches as pointed to in the photos.
