Ford Mercury Lincoln Horn Schwarze M 68 Horn 1933

schwarze m 68 horn former owner thought it was for a 1933 ford but i thought ford used sparton so anyways input would be helpful. tested it makes a noise the body is rusty under the cap/dust cover it still has a lot of paint the rest is rusty no rust out i took some of the rust off with a wire wheel to see the logo the metal looks pretty clean/shiny not pitted up straight no some dings on the dust cover...
