Nice used heat shield lightly grit blasted to not weaken integrity. with correct mounting head bolts in case yours are rusted and the stud portion not salvageable. This will need to be painted with header paint or something like Eastwood stainless exhaust paint. Due to age and wear some of the galvanic coating is gone....
