This is off of a headlight that was removed from a vehicle after they hit a deer or something. I don't have any way of testing it. The bulb might be bad, or the ballast might be bad, or they could both be just fine ( I got no idea) if YOU know how to test this thing without a Chevy to plug it into, feel free to reach out and let me know.
