Here is a pair of Vintage Headlight Trim Ring / Bezels. I am not sure of the specific application but I suspect they may be 1929 or 1930. There is a small raised ridge like tip at the top center of the bezel. They have some issues as pointed out in the photo's but they could still be made to work on a driver and one of them is in much better condition than the other.
