One of the mechanical adjusters in the right headlight is broken, causing the frame for the projector and reflector to move about in its housing. I removed some adjusters from an OEM e36 headlight, one looks like it may be able to be used as a replacement. I stuffed some paper inside the housing so the frame does not rattle around during storage and shipping.
