Be sure that is the style you have on you Olds. No cracks of chips are in this headlight.It includes High and Low Bulbs 9005/9006 with pigtail sockets in case you need them.This is the easiest headlight to change. Open Hood, Remove two hand nuts and disconnect wiring harness. Not tools required, but check you headlight aiming....
