No cracks or breaks and all mounting tabs intact. Please look at last picture, it shows one mounting tab repaired with epoxy. Lens is smooth and has no peeling. A small place on bottom of outside of lens is missing some of the black coating underneath the rubber gasket, please see second to last picture. Tested and works properly. Wires are in nice condition and internals have no damage or any loose parts. You will receive exact item pictured. Thank you for looking....
